“Premier Group” is looking for a “Marketing Director”.

Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, events, and more
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, content, and messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our approach

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with a keen eye for detail and design
