Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring
  • Create and offer acquisition and retention promotions. Ensure such promotions are planned with proper ROI calculations
  • Manage full life cycle of Casino promotions from concept to implementation
  • Cooperate with translation and graphics departments
  • Plan communication with the customers via Social Media, SMS, Internal messages & Email Newsletters
  • Deliver marketing campaigns to operators through Providers Managers
  • Provide daily support for marketing projects, campaigns or ad hoc assignments
  • Ensure projects and tasks are on time and meet or exceed quality expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to put yourself in a players’ shoes and make promo mechanics that is fun to play
  • Must be a self-driven and motivated individual with highly developed social and communication skills
  • You are required to have budget management skills with a clear focus of ROI as you will have P&L responsibility for the game products
  • Experience from product, market and segment analysis
  • Good understanding of campaign trends, design, technics and models
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
