Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all user acquisition including strategy, budget, KPIs, and end-to-end campaign management

  • Responsible for all acquisition channels: SEO, PR, Social, content, affiliates, direct ad buys, etc.

  • Proactively create key strategic partnerships to grow our user base - ‘full-stack’ growth business development - from lead generation to contract drafting, and from negotiation to execution

  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan and media mix when opportunities are identified

  • Build a team of like-minded, data-driven marketing professionals to execute on your strategy; provide guidance and manage our Affiliate Marketing and SMM Executives

  • Responsible for all user acquisition including strategy, budget, KPIs, and end-to-end campaign management

  • Responsible for all acquisition channels: SEO, PR, Social, influencers, sponsorships, PPC, content, affiliates, direct ad buys, etc.

  • Hands-on affiliation account management across several international markets.

  • Responsible for the Affiliate and Media targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.

  • Ensuring that the Affiliate and Media business is run in the highest level of compliance with regulations and best practices specific to each market.

  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with our partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level with a qualification in Business/Marketing , Advertising, Information Science, Business or related major

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year within an online casino company in the affiliation department

  • Familiar with the full extent of TTL marketing and digital acquisition channels (social, influencer, content, PPC, SEO, direct ad buys, etc.)

  • Experience in the gambling/gaming industry

  • Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics

  • Experience of working across multiple markets and localizing campaigns per market

  • Highly motivated, energetic, result-oriented person, great communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to work under high pressure

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

  • Business level proficiency in verbal and written English, advanced knowledge of Russian, fluency in any other language will be considered an asset
