Marketing Manager
Coach and mentor marketing team and ensure high levels of execution and engagement
Plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, included integrated marketing campaigns for the brand(s) and localized campaigns for key territories
Responsible for brand proposition and implementation across all touchpoints
Plan and execute customer communication via multiple channels
Develop compelling communications propositions for new and existing games
Drive new customer engagement and maximize KPIs across the entire customer lifecycle
Liaise with country managers to improve localization of our offering in term of content prioritization and promotions
Prepare budgets, review campaigns performance (KPIs) and present to management
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis; and provide recommendations
Develop close relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners, enabling the delivery of business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level (preferably an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Marketing (6 years at a minimum), including delivery of integrated campaigns
  • Experience with customer life cycle management across multiple products and regions
  • Experience with online gaming would be beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Pack Office or similar
  • Good communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Managerial experience desirable
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure
