Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update marketing plans;
  • Plan new campaigns and distribute campaign tasks among team members;
  • Manage and monitor marketing content creation processes: webinars, mailers, blog posts, website updates, social media posts;
  • Manage the company web-sites;
  • Monitor the team day-to-day activities, including proper CRM updates;
  • Define team targets and KPIs;
  • Measure, track the effectiveness of activities by the team and report to the upper management;
  • Work closely with the team, mentor team members;
  • Plan and organize team trainings;
  • Analyze customer experience and take actions, as needed;
  • Insure healthy atmosphere inside the team;
  • Participate in team recruitment activities.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or other related field;
  • Proven previous experience of managing a marketing team preferably in an IT company;
  • Experience in promoting ERP/CRM products will be an advantage;
  • Communication skills;
  • Near-native written and verbal communication in English;
  • Innovative and forward thinking personality;
  • Self-organized, target oriented, punctual person;
  • Great team player and mentor.
