A Business Management Systems Development company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a lively and young team. This is a full time role based in Yerevan, Armenia.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience in answering inbound calls, emails, instant messages
  • Have excellent spoken and written English and Russian skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have little knowledge of information technology
Required Qualifications:
  • Will be considered as advantage to have experience in IT field.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work proactively and independently
