- Communication and provision of technical support to the customers and partners of the company
- Promotion of the products and services of the company through phone calls and business meetings
- Work with existing and new customers
- On spot trainings and demo sessions for the partners
- Development and editing of letters, applications and suggestions
- Work with social media and the web-site of the company
- Development and implementation of different promotional campaigns/events
- Higher education (students may also apply)
- Ability to respond quickly and patiently to all arising issues
- Proficiency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and services
- Strong desire of learning and self-improvement
- Ability to work in a team
- Patience and readiness to hard work
