We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Manager to be the face and voice of our Monin brand which is a dynamic market leader and major player on the international stage of the drinks industry.

As a successful candidate, he/she will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our product through various channels and fields especially online, in retail and in B2C. He/she will work closely with our sales and marketing division, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing the brand at events.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.


- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Working closely with smm team.
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Generating public interest in the brand.
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints.
- Tracking customer preferences and metrics.
- Maintaining a customer database and makes regular contacts.
- Representing the company at product launches, events and TV shows.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
- To be in touch with Monin famaly.
- Working with foreign business partners and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education in Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment or in marketing, sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel.
- Presentation skills.
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written Armenian and Russian is a must.
- Good knowledge of English.
