“Adjarabet.am” is looking for a “Night Shift Customer Service Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Take customer calls/chats and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Follow high-security level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow communication ‘’standards” set up by company
- Proper knowledge of Company products/ services/promotions/procedures

Required Qualifications:


- Fluent in Armenian, Russian, English both spoken and writing skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Multitasking skills
- Stress tolerance
- Adaptive to changes
- Quick learner
