More specifically, you will: 

  • Execute administrative services for the office
  • Manage and ensure smooth and optimal documentation flow between the involved departments and suppliers
  • Prepare travel documentation (Visa, permits, info for contracts, etc.), deal with travel booking arrangements
  • Manage proper expense reporting in dedicated company systems
  • Plan and assist in the organization of meetings and events, provide daily support to the employees in accordance with PMI practices and principles and local regulations working closely with all departments
  • Timely initiate procurement documentation including purchase requests, control the creation of purchase orders, and ensure sufficient resources allocated for projects, purchases, and services
  • Deal with office visitors and calls by identifying the contact person for different issues
  • Manage and coordinate bulk purchases for office needs by guaranteeing proper order placement, delivery, and distribution

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Proven experience in administrative function, office management
  • Experience in an international organization is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills to work with employees and vendors
  • Ability to work with contracts and keep confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • SAP working experience is a plus
