Future Tour Company is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and responsible Office Manager to join our growing team and ensure day to day operations of our company.

Responsibilities:


- Support and oversee all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage the workplace in a way that employees are productive and motivated
- Provide customers with clear information about the products and services offered by the company
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate proposals,
- Maintain positive long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Other verbal or written tasks assigned by the management

Required Qualifications:


- University degree, with an emphasis on management or marketing is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management
- Good communicator with both written and verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively
- Must be customer service oriented with a high degree of attention to detail and love for dealing with people
- Good command of MS Office/ Google Docs / Google Sheets Personal Characteristics:
