Overview

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and perform office  management 

Organize ingoing and outgoing office correspondance.e -mails, letters, answer calls.

Conduct meetings, trainings and other activities both with the team and with the visitors.

Support team in relation to internet, software, computer with outsource companies.

Manage office appliance purchase and make reports on that.

Follow up kitchen and office procedures well-organized.

Coordinate the company's FB and LinkedIn page activities.

Other activities connected with office mangement and staff needs.

Required Qualifications:

2+years experience in management field

Fluency in Armenian, English, Russian/written and oral

Management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office, Powerpoint.

Problem solving, multitasking, detail-orientated
