Factumsoft is looking for smart, proactive, organized and disciplined individual with accounting/financial background who wants to involve in all our operations matters.

Good Candidate must understand all matters of business management from financial perspective, be able to track all paperwork in compliance with Armenian tax and labor code and organize all vendor interactions.

Right candidate can automate all these tasks with software tools and also undertake other responsibilities of managing our internal ERP and involve in Business Analysis for our customers.

Basically, there is plenty of room to learn and grow for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure efficient and compliant operations of the company by automating routine tasks
-Setup and monitor quality processes to guarantee timely reporting to Tax and other government authorities
-Coordinate the hiring process based on role opening and job descriptions
-Monitor and ensure employees proper attendance
-Maintain financial records for the company
- Organize and maintain all company files and paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance to tax and labor code
-Create and provide financial and other reports to company management
-Communicate with external vendors and contractors to get things done in the company’s best interests
-Organize and execute team building events
-Suggest improvement ideas together with their implementation plans
-Get projects from Management and implement the projects to their completion
- Work with Business Analysts in setting up the internal ERP and maintaining all the records in centralized software
-Communicate with marketing and sales team to coordinate proper information flow
-Wear different hats as needed to ensure smooth operational flow
-Support our US headquarter with US Accounting, Legal and corporate management paperwork.

Required Qualifications:

-At least a Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, management or tech related field
-Practical knowledge of RA Tax and Labor legislation; best practices in company management
-Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
-Smart, organized personality with good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong disciplined, organized professional with proper business manners
-Smart and technical to learn new things in business and software to quickly research and get information from internet
-Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist), eager to continuously improve by learning, applying and growing
-Fluency in English
-Accounting background is a plus.
-Business Analysis Background is a plus
-Experience working in US is a plus
-HR experience is a plus
