Operations Support Executive (Marketing or IT Background)


  • We are open to new graduates from Marketing/IT related courses although a little bit of work experience will be an advantage. 
  • Assist Marketing Services Operational Divisions when it comes to project delivery and quality assurance. Ensuring each release component/batches comply with agreed standards, also ensuring key operational functions are consistent with each production release.
  • Will be assigned on one of the specific Operational Divisions currently being managed by the team and will be coordinating directly when it comes to project-based activities such as: Websites and Applications, Domain Management and Brand Protection, and Cashier and Middleware.
  • Regularly discuss with the assigned Operational Division the current production status when it comes to reported bugs and escalated issues and should be able to provide high-level review on potential operational impact concerns.
  • Provide on-demand assistance for any manual testing request on websites, applications and functionalities that has an impact on customer-facing assets.
  • Run and generate regular reports on testing efforts done on customer-facing assets via manual testing and its interaction with the internal systems in place. These reports will be directly escalated to the respective Operational Division and should be able to track resolution steps taken.
  • Will be required to be able to understand key technical concepts and methodologies followed by each respective Operational Division and comprehensively recognize each key service or function executed to be able to identify escalation points and proper reporting of bugs/issues that may be experienced with each testing effort.
  • Perform website related tasks. This includes content uploading and quick updates that need to be done on existing applications.
  • Members are also expected to be an on demand resource during emergency cases for other Marketing Services Operational Divisions
  • Provide regular status reports on in-flight tasks and workload, taking into account hard deadlines to each respective Operation Division Manager.
  • Respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions
  • Provide operational support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Assist with system integrations
  • Maintain and update operational documents and procedures
  • Identify and resolve issues that disrupt the operations
  • Continuously develop reports to be reviewed by the organization to improve business performance and strategy
  • Liaise with various teams to improve work productivity and efficiency
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks when required
  • User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications:

  • We are open to new graduates from Marketing/IT related courses although a little bit of work experience will be an advantage. 
  • Good verbal and written English communications skills
  • Willing to work in the iGaming and Sports Betting industry. Previous experience in the industry is a plus.
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any marketing or IT related course
  • Experience in manual or automated user acceptance testing is a plus 
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft, Ubuntu and Google Office tools
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organized, versatile and a team player
