• Resolve queries of the customers through email within the assigned turnaround time
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process of all customer-related concerns
  • Appropriate escalation of customer-related concerns as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Required German CEFR LEVEL: B2-C2
  • Have full professional working proficiency in English
  • Can work for not less than 80hrs./month
  • Work shift: within 9am-6pm 
  • Can work on weekends/holidays
  • Lives in Yerevan, Armenia
  • Interest in games is a plus
  • Computer savvy, team player
  • Must possess an Android device
  • Have completed at least two years of bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Highly inquisitive and with strong attention to details
  • Be able to adhere to schedule changes based on the project requirement
  • Punctual, proactive, and displays a positive attitude
  • Has the motivation to work on their own, set personal work goals, and meet deadlines
