Overview

Responsibilities:


- Ensuring A-Z proper service for business partners
- Preparing contracts, agreements, acts, and other related documents
- Reviewing different kind of documents (invoices; receivables, etc.) sent from the accounting department concerning the partners
- Informing the accounting department about issuing invoices
- Sending monthly invoices and other documents to partners
- Preparing and uploading tender documentation
- Preparing cost proposals for new, potential partners
- Visiting exhibitions and expos
- Managing Company Social Media pages, etc.

Required Qualifications:


- +1 year of professional experience in working with business clients
- Higher education in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in preparing documents, business offers, presentations, etc
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Readiness to learn new things
- Flexibility and team-working skills
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
- MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be a plus
