- Ensuring A-Z proper service for business partners;
- Preparing contracts, agreements, acts, and other related documents;
- Reviewing different kind of documents (invoices; receivables, etc.) sent from the accounting department concerning the partners;
- Informing the accounting department about issuing invoices;
- Sending monthly invoices and other documents to partners;
- Preparing and uploading tender documentation;
- Preparing cost proposals for new, potential partners;
- Visiting exhibitions and expos;
- Managing Company Social Media pages, etc.
- +1 year of professional experience in working with business clients;
- Higher education in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Skills in preparing documents, business offers, presentations, etc.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills;
- Readiness to learn new things;
- Flexibility and team-working skills;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English;
- MS Office;
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be a plus.
