Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring A-Z proper service for business partners;
  • Preparing contracts, agreements, acts, and other related documents;
  • Reviewing different kind of documents (invoices; receivables, etc.) sent from the accounting department concerning the partners;
  • Informing the accounting department about issuing invoices;
  • Sending monthly invoices and other documents to partners;
  • Preparing and uploading tender documentation;
  • Preparing cost proposals for new, potential partners;
  • Visiting exhibitions and expos;
  • Managing Company Social Media pages, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • +1 year of professional experience in working with business clients;
  • Higher education in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Skills in preparing documents, business offers, presentations, etc.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Readiness to learn new things;
  • Flexibility and team-working skills;
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English;
  • MS Office;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems will be a plus.
