- Closely cooperate with Customer care team to find out the needs of clients;

- Research the market to find new partners and products;

- Develop and manage mutually beneficial model for partnership;

- Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value;

- Monitor and measure the performance of the partnership;

- Ensure proper integration of partners to our system;

- Be accountable for the success metrics and partner growth.

Required Qualifications:

- Enjoys communication and is good in negotiation;

- Has well-developed presentation skills and can be persuasive;

- Is experienced in building and managing relationship;

- Is a good team-player and at the same time is able to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals;

- Is an ongoing learner and out-of-the-box thinker;

- Is data-driven person able to interpret numbers;

- Has good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
