• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging phone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Reaching out to candidates based on target criteria
  • Keeping an active list of potential candidates
  • Arranging onboarding processes
  • Initiating team activities

Required Qualifications:


  • At least 1-2 year of experience in recruitment processes (preferably in IT sphere)
  • Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions 
  • Proficiency in English and Russian languages
