Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ongoing performance management process ensuring all Management leaders and employees are informed, trained and coached on all aspects of performance appraisals, ratings, KPIs, etc

  • Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees understanding of the Bank’s goals and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute and align with the Bank’s strategy

  • Build and manage project plan for performance management processes, systems, training, communications, etc., including goal setting.

  • Communicate, train and provide guidance and tools to leaders and employees to accomplish performance objectives.

  • Research and establish Competency Models to support culture and boost performance of the organisation.

  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys)

  • Designing approaches to communications which provide an employee voice

  • Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience

  • Collect and analyze people related data, prepare and present reports to management for data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements in line with on-going strategic goals.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.

  • Continuously improve current methodology, be driven to find new solutions and be open to take new initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in math, finance, HR, business and other relevant fields

  • Master’s degree is a plus

  • 2 years of experience in relevant or in the field of research & analytics

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent knowledge of English, Russian

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with key business partners

  • Ability to develop and deliver training materials at all levels within the organization

  • Excellent presentation and relationship building skills

  • Proven result orientation and strong analytical skills

  • Basic knowledge in data analytics: regressions, correlations, factor analysis and decision-tree analysis, is a plus
