Overview

The Personal Assistant at Globbing will work with the CEO, offering administrative help such as writing emails, drafting communications on their manager’s behalf, planning and organising meetings and travel.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with CEO to provide administrative support

Working with senior managerial staff

Supporting with administrative and secretarial work

Booking, arranging and assisting with travel, transport and accommodation

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Scheduling meetings

Keeping notes during meetings

Solving administrative problems

Conducting research on behalf of the manager

Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel.

Required Qualifications:

Computer literacy

Strong organisational skills

Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results

Very responsible

Detail-oriented

Brilliant multi-tasker
