INGO ARMENIA ICJSC is looking for a motivated, hard-working candidate for the position of Phone Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Database management
- Making outgoing calls to existing and new potential customers
- Phone sales on voluntary insurance products
- Increase the voluntary insurance portfolio
- Preparation and introduction of presentations about insurance products
- Arrange “cross selling”
- Maintain and submit reports approved by management
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent in Armenian, good in Russian and English languages
- Negotiation skills
- Fast learning ability
- Business e-mail etiquette
- Phone calls skills
- Team working skills
