• Contribute to the direction of agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project 
  • Help in product backlog preparation and requirement formation
  • Work closely with PO, PM and Scrum Master to ensure stable work of the product and provide fast solutions to problems
  • Provide initiative in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals
  • Research and analyze market, user experience and work closely with PO on new features
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Test new and existing features and ensure 100% operation in production
  • Accept and manage incident flow from A-Z, being the primary contact for customer care, and guaranty its solution within the SLA
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly statistics on incident flow, reasons (root cause of problems) and timing of resolutions, and work closely with PO for increasing quality of product

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous work experience in Gaming industry would be a big plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Knowledge of agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Motivated and team player
