Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Executing and / or accepting customer orders,
  • Consulting and informational support for clients on brokerage services,
  • Customer engagement and service,
  • Assist the Sales Department and provide information,
  • Conducting telephone calls,
  • Perform other assignments related to the activity of the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work experience is preferable,
  • Ability and initiative to independently analyze the market situation,
  • Ability to analyse the market and offer situational non-standard solutions,
  • Skills in working with major information and commercial systems, as well as computer programs,
  • Higher education,
  • The presence of appropriate qualification certificate is preferable,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.The knowledge of Persian language is preferable.
