  • Manage all incoming inquiries related to the company's products and services through various means of communication
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients
  • Conduct verification and qualification of marketing contacts
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete information using the established methods of communication
  • Answer inquiries related to software solutions and services provided by the company
  • Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Document all types of inquiries in the ticketing system, process requests, and escalate as needed
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Marketing and Sales team
Required Qualifications:
  • Genuine curiosity and a good understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Turkish Language Proficiency is a must (written and verbal)
  • English Language Proficiency is a must (written)
  • Multitasking, creative thinking, and attention to detail are crucial
  • Ability to work under high-pressure
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Willingness to be available out of working hours
