Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Defining target, actions with team involved
  • Coordinate all actors involved
  • Organize/Prepare/Support/Follow-up of production deliveries linked to Problem Management
  • Qualify correctly the progress made
  • Communicate risks and blocking problems
  • Ensure the processing of the actions
  • Rely on technical teams for root cause analysis
  • Establish the action plan
  • Contact technical entry points for System/Network/Integration/Database/Service Delivery Management items
  • Validate the technical targets with PS and BU entry points
  • Create ISMP-SD Tickets for operations (can rely on automated tools existing i.e., XL Release)
  • Weekly report on progress
  • Monthly MI Review with Management
  • Monthly reporting on problems
  • Reporting on difficulties and remaining workload
  • Reporting on alerts and risks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another IT related degree
  • Ability to review various ticket types, system events, IT metrics, and other operational data to assess events that may cause incidents
  • Ability to assess the status of existing incidents and correlate repeating incidents into problems, and make recommendations for process improvements using automated tools existing i.e., XL Release
  • Be a team player, share knowledge, and learn from others
  • Advanced knowledge of Englis
