Overview
Responsibilities:
- Defining target, actions with team involved
- Coordinate all actors involved
- Organize/Prepare/Support/Follow-up of production deliveries linked to Problem Management
- Qualify correctly the progress made
- Communicate risks and blocking problems
- Ensure the processing of the actions
- Rely on technical teams for root cause analysis
- Establish the action plan
- Contact technical entry points for System/Network/Integration/Database/Service Delivery Management items
- Validate the technical targets with PS and BU entry points
- Create ISMP-SD Tickets for operations (can rely on automated tools existing i.e., XL Release)
- Weekly report on progress
- Monthly MI Review with Management
- Monthly reporting on problems
- Reporting on difficulties and remaining workload
- Reporting on alerts and risks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another IT related degree
- Ability to review various ticket types, system events, IT metrics, and other operational data to assess events that may cause incidents
- Ability to assess the status of existing incidents and correlate repeating incidents into problems, and make recommendations for process improvements using automated tools existing i.e., XL Release
- Be a team player, share knowledge, and learn from others
- Advanced knowledge of Englis
