Overview

“Property Development Company” is looking for a “Procurement Officer – Contract Manager”.

Responsibilities:


- Organize and manage procurement processes under construction projects
- Develop tender packages, evaluate bids/proposals, perform relevant analysis
- Draft procurement agreements, monitor and discuss payment and settlement documents under procurement agreements with stakeholders, organize and manage document flow
- Perform daily works with construction, engineering, and project management teams
- Be involved in activities and events aimed at development of planned and ongoing programs
- Prepare and submit reports
- Organize negotiations on the terms of agreements for supply of goods and services with vendors
- Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply

Required Qualifications:


- University degree in economics or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the procurement field; experience in the constructions sector will be a plus
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
- Proven experience of at least one completed construction project in the respective sector
- Basic knowledge of current procurement, accounting, tax, and customs rules of Armenia
- Literate written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Presentation skills, commitment to work
- Excellent command of computer software (Windows, MS Office, Adobe) Basic command of Autocad will be a plus
