  • Conducting a suppliers’ evaluation
  • Dealing with claims and discrepancies
  • Training to the staff on procurement procedures
  • Savings presentation preparation
  • Analyzing the donors’ procurement requirements and its implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, MBA, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a related area.
  • Work experience with the EU procurement rules is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of purchasing practices and rules
  • Knowledge of ERP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market researches, making recommendations and taking decisions
  • Honest, trustworthy and flexible
  • Willingness to learn, to discover new technologies
  • Ability to prepare reports, present and train PO admin
