Overview

Responsibilities:

Product Development Strategy

  • Analysis and post-analysis of products and other marketing initiatives,
  • Research, segment, and understand our customer personas and how to engage them effectively,
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Consolidates competitive research knowledge and intelligence to disseminate to our internal stakeholders,
  • Follow and improve permanently Market KPIs,
  • Assist in the development of marketing best practices, and continually research and implement optimizations for the programs

Product Marketing Strategy

  • Support in making company product roadmap based on company strategy,
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates and identify new business opportunities that contribute to profit and growth,
  • Perform design, development, and management of new or existing products,
  • Develop product analysis tools, generate routine and ad-hoc product reports to management,
  • Participate in the construction of scoring models,

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational background preferably in Economics or mathematics,
  • Working experience as a product owner and/or analyst,
  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to find flexible decisions in different critical/problematic situations,
  • Ability to react fast and work on multiple tasks in short deadlines,
  • Results-oriented focus with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Great communication skills and the ability to clearly convey a point-of-view while respecting and collaborating with others who may share a different perspective,
  • Team player but able to manage individual performance objectives,
  • An experimental and creative mindset, who can offer new ideas and approaches
  • Advanced computer skills, operational knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL,
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages,
  • Good communication and presentation skills,
  • Be flexible and ready to accept new challenges.
