Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Define, track and analyze the relevant key product indicators
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Apply agile planning methods with the team, e.g. forecasting, user story maps, planning poker, etc.
- Ensure that the quality of the delivery is of high standards
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Work closely with Product Management and UX team to make sure that features are aligned with product vision
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Analyze and classify market and customer requirements, independently develop ideas and actions accordingly
- Take care of support documentation and product guides
- Analyze customer feedback and feature requests and transform them to product backlog items
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in the field of Computer Science or Engineering combined with strong business acumen and customer-centricity
- Solid technical understanding of software products combined with 2 years of working experience
- Solid understanding of software product life cycle management and severe attention to details
- Experience/Certification with Scrum/Agile and proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is an advantage

- Familiarity with current UX concepts
- Outstanding presentation, communication and information sharing skills
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, both spoken and written
