Overview
“Adobe (Workfront)” is looking for a “Program Manager”.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners to complete Adobe’s strategic priorities
- Lead all aspects, including project execution tracking, resource planning and management, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management
- Lead with a technical vision, being able to articulate the business value and the technical end-to-end capabilities
- Handle multiple concurrent projects and programs, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams and originations
- Participate with management teams in building materials and models used for quarterly and annual recasting of initiatives and priorities
- Creating material(s) that can be consumed at different levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations to finite-level materials to be consumed by project/program teams
- Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues
- Communicating to partners throughout the organization, including C-level executives
- Bring clarity to sophisticated technical challenges, and effectively articulate and navigate through options that deliver the best customer experience
- Be focused on prioritization; ensuring team members have clear line of sight on the “must dos”
- Very organized with outstanding attention to detail; understands what, why, when, how and who to drive better solutions
- Self-starter with 5+ years of dynamic project/program management experience on large scale initiatives; background in business process management and PMO-best practices is a strong plus
- Working industry knowledge of B2B (SMB + Enterprise) software licensing, deployment, management, and administration (from both the provider and customer POV)
- Experience in an always-on, services-based infrastructure/architecture, ensuring seamless customer experiences; scaled to address future demands
- Working among challenging priorities and contending schedules to get your project across the finish line in a way that brings value to collaborators inside and outside Adobe
- Must know your audience; be ready speaking publicly to everyone from C-level to the Individual Contributor assigned to the project/program; ability to influence and have data-driven conversations
- Solid knowledge of the Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with industry terminology (Marketing, PLG)
- Experience with applications such as Workfront, Jira, or other workload (Backlog) management tools is required
- Proficiency in English
