1. Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with the Project requirements. This could include assisting with writing memos, organizing and maintaining an electronic filing system, organizing travel arrangements;
  2. Assist in scholars and students mobility related tasks;
  3. Collect, register and maintain all information on project activities;
  4. Contribute to the preparation and implementation of progress reports;
  5. Maintain project correspondence and communication;
  6. Support the preparations of project work-plans and operational processes;
  7. Assist in logistical organization of meetings, training and workshops;
  8. Prepare agendas and arrange appointments, meetings and seminars related to the project activities and write minutes from the meetings;
  9. Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • MA degree;
  • Previous experience in coordinating and assisting projects;
  • Work experience in higher education institutions;
  • Excellent writing and communications skills;
  • Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum) and G Suite (Google apps); 
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports.
