Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable Agile framework (such as Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, "Scrum of Scrum" etc) necessary for the team.
  • Hold the ceremonies such as Stand ups, Sprint Plannings, Backlog Refinement/Groomings, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives and making sure the best practices are implemented and adopted by the team.
  • Make sure inter-team dependent tasks are following up.
  • Follow-up on decisions and agreements during various joint meetings (Sprint review with Stakeholders).
  • Identify new ways to improve performance/productivity and processes with the team.
  • Collaborates with Stakeholders on a day to day bases to make sure delivery does smoothly.
  • Manage competing priorities and make trade-offs to meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Keep track of the tasks estimation process during the planning sessions.
  • Follow-up on sprint progress along with resolving impediments that block the team to deliver the sprint successfully.
  • Providing reports upon request on team performance.
  • Make the most of your chops to work with technical and not-so-technical counterparts.
  • Help the team achieves the goal of improving the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Track project costs in order to meet the budget.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in project and team management.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Experience in managing commercial projects.
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Business strategy aptitude.
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.

  • Big-picture thinking and vision.
