Overview

Become a part of our fast-growing team of professionals as a Project manager. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of the product development process, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the product. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to align on and execute against a clear roadmap that includes well-defined objects and measurable results and strive to find ways to improve complex systems across the organization.

Responsibilities:


- Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of new product and technology projects including, but not limited to defining measures of success
- Define team organization, secure the necessary resources and services required to complete the project
- Track and communicate project status, including monitoring, evaluating, and adjusting project schedules on an ongoing basis; manage scope changes and issues, take corrective action as necessary; identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Build and lead effective cross-functional project teams, identify individual and team skills necessary to enhance project performance
- Identify and request appropriate resources from business
- Manage conflicts within the team, provide ongoing feedback, and evaluate achievements
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify and execute opportunities for continual process improvement in the product development processes
- Develop full-scale project plans and their related schedules/timelines
- Generate project status reports, project review materials, and project metrics
- Execute and maintain project management processes and project plans in an agile environment; own and maintain product specification document

Required Qualifications:

Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering technical solutions from concept to commercialization, such as new product development or leading medium complexity IT projects
- Proven experience and ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize one or more medium scale projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts, processes, and methodologies, including working within an Agile development process
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of teams ranging from management to staff to technicians
- Understanding of general business practices and policies and working knowledge of business process mapping, design, and measurement Non-Technical Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and extend a significant amount of information with attention to details and accuracy
- Collaboration skills with senior management to improve performance through feedback
- Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Ability to effectively deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation
- Excellent organizational, financial, and time-management skills
- Good facilitator with capable leadership skills and a strong orientation toward results and process Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience in an Agile environment
