Project Manager

- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, make adjustments if needed, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics and requirements
- Provide research project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate project information, formulations, and specifications
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Product teams on various research projects

- BA/MS in computer science, business, communication or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in project planning and decision-making
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
