Project Manager

- Oversee the project from initial requirements gathering to final testing and feedback integration
- Estimate, schedule, and assign tasks, then report daily progress to management
- Utilize Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to manage the workflow, and address changes in project scope, schedule, and costs promptly and effectively
- Monitor project performance by reviewing employee timesheets, tracking task progress, taking necessary follow-up actions
- Ensure quality assurance by reviewing tasks after testing, and before sharing with stakeholders
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among technical teams and stakeholders
- To implement the program in the relevant institutions, to identify the needs and to develop a technical task based on them
- Document all project events, correspondences, and decisions for future reference
- Market research and attracting new stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered a plus)
- At least 1 year proven track record as a Project Manager in the IT industry
- Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
- Knowledge of educational management systems will be an advantage
- Experience with any CRM is a strong plus
- Experience in managing full life-cycle software projects
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Jira will be a plus
