Overview
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for matters related to Customer and Process Management directorate for external stakeholders;
- Facilitate coordination between departments within the Customer and Process Management directorate;
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Assist in the preparation of official translations of documents and other communication materials;
- Assist in simultaneous translations as needed;
- Perform all clerical duties, taking meeting minutes, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed;
- Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by councils, committees, and executives;
- Manage calendars and set up meetings;
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings;
- Provide general administrative and organizational support;
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study;
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages is mandatory;
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- In-depth understanding of MS Office suite;
- Ability to arrange daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines;
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
- Team player with can-do attitude
