Project Manager
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Closely collaborate and participate in defining the product vision, road-map, KPIs, and growth opportunities
- Maintaining Product Roadmap from business level to technical features
- Close interaction with the development team to obtain the necessary functionality on time with the necessary quality
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and marketing department and constantly review and incorporate recommendations and feedback for further improvement of the product
- Extensive knowledge in design principles, user research, A/B testing, quantitative and qualitative research

- Experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner from 2 years
- Experience in creating a competitive product and its successful market launch
- Experience in software development methodologies Agile, Scrum
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Slack or Trello
- Knowledge of the basics of usability and ergonomics of modern products, the ability to work with UI / UX designers
- Analytic skills
- Experienced in reporting and optimizing process
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Russian & English (technical)
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
