Overview

The newly opened hotel is looking for an administrator-receptionist. The working experience is not a must.

Responsibilities:


- Checking in and out of guests, completing relevant procedures
- Greeting guests in a professional & friendly manner
- Informing guests about the hotel facilities and services
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy, reporting defective materials and equipment to the relevant person
- Assisting guest with travel arrangements, entertainment, bookings
- Preparing guests bills, taking payments and fulfilling administrative duties
- Handling cash and card payments
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Accepting changes or additions in work hours which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service to hotel guests

Required Qualifications:


- Have a “can do” attitude
- Be professional & calm at all times, with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Be an able communicator, you must be able to demonstrate your ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all levels, therefore a high standards of literacy, numeracy and computer systems are also essential
- Be able to demonstrate attention to details at all times.
- Be computer literate
- Demonstrate flexibility
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a positive attitude along with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Be self-motivated and detail-orientated
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a team environment
- Have excellent knowledge of English and Russian
- The knowledge of Triosoft program will be considered as an advantage
