- Carry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
- Inform guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
- Ensure that all guest documentation is up-to-date and available
- Develop high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay in order to foster loyalty
- Handles any guest complaints and provides a rapid solution
- Promote the brand and/ or Group's loyalty programs to guest
- Pass the information to other departments as necessary and to the other members of the department
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
- Know and apply the Hotel's security regulations
- Perform working responsibilities according to the approved shift schedule

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education in the relevant field
- Work experience as a Receptionist is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of customer service
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
