“2mindS” is looking for a “Recruiter”.

Responsibilities:

What you will be mainly doing:

-Develop competitive hiring strategies and action plans based on our partner companies’ culture, vacancies’ specifications, and business needs;

-Ensure the high quality of the Recruitment cycle and confidentiality;

-Source and attract best-fitting candidates;

-Design, plan and execute flexible recruitment and selection processes from A-Z;

-Follow the recruitment metrics and continuously improve them.

-Support in delivering other HR services as needed (drafting policies, procedures, surveys, preparing training materials, etc)

Required Qualifications:

What you need:

 +3 years of extensive experience in recruitment roles;

 -Experience in recruiting for C-suite executives;

 -In-depth knowledge of recruitment full cycle, techniques, and methods;

-Good writing and presentation skills;

 -Willingness and ability to work with a variety of teams with different cultures;

-Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

 -A can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
