We are seeking for a highly-motivated and energetic Retention Specialist to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities:


- Make outbound retention calls to existing customers by introducing company’s new products and services
- Prepare and analyze databases
- Create customer profiling and segmentation
- Understand and monitor the life cycle of customers
- Create and manage promotional campaigns
- Execute retention procedures from start to end
- Prepare post campaign analysis
- Create daily/weekly/monthly and yearly reports

- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality with the ability prioritize tasks
- Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
- Strong understanding of retention
- Understanding of Customer relationship management (CRM) will be plus
- 1 year experience in Customer Service (experience in Gaming sphere will be plus)
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Working experiance with Scrum system will be plus
