Responsibilities:

- Manage the retention department
- Identifying trends in stock markets and analyzing financial markets
- Build a reliable retention team by implementing processes and controls to deliver effective, actionable value propositions to all customers
- Manages all customer retention activities
- Train and guide staff for retention
-Develop new customer retention strategies (working with sales departments)
- Help the company to grow and achieve financial goals such as revenue and high customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and additional sales
- Take initiatives to satisfy customer requests through process improvement plans and effective reporting and information flow
- Build relationships with existing customers to ensure they are engaged and get the most out of our service

Required Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge in the field of financial markets and analytics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- Analytical and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills, customer oriented approach
- Highly motivated and result oriented approach
- Ability to work with a large flow of information and tools
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis will be considered an advantage
- Proven ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver exceptional results, and motivate/manage others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
