Responsibilities:
- Identifying and analyzing organizations risks (e.g. business, operational, financial)
- Assessment and monitoring of risks inherent to organizations business processes and IT systems
- Risk mitigation actions and periodically monitoring
- Developing risk management controls and contingency plans
- Prepare reports and present recommendations to management
- Communicating recommendations to management
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
- Evaluating compliance systems
- Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses
- Help implement solutions and plans
- Evaluate employees’ risk awareness and train them when necessary
- Develop risk management controls and systems
- Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
- Participating in creation contingency plans to manage crises
Required Qualifications:
- Strong computer and research skills; knowledge of analysis software is preferred
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking, consultation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of risk assessment and control
- Experience with auditing and reporting procedures
- Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
- Familiarity with payment organizations compliance standards and regulations
- Regulation knowledge (financial sector, payment system etc)
- Excellent command in of Armenian, Russian English
