Provide exhaustive assistance to customers' inquiries via phone, through written communication and in person. 

Create required documentation, such as export declarations.

Store the documentation. 

Keep track on customers' issues and resolve them with customer-centric approach. 

Come up periodically with work optimization and improvement suggestions. 

Required Qualifications:

Excelent knowledge of Russian language, both written and oral. 

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office basic tools. 

Experience in working with helpdesk softwares is a plus. 

Ability to learn fast and make decisions fast. 

Well-delivered speech in Armenian and Russian is a must.
