Develops, implements and maintains a territory business plan that includes preparing and routinely updating a market analysis; sets territory goals/objectives based on the business plan.
Interfaces with the product management., sales and other departments as necessary for consistent, open communication, support and implementation of company programs.
Cultivates new sales and brand building opportunities; Presents sales and marketing programs to secure brand presence and orders from new customers.
Achieves sales and marketing goals as established by management.
Builds close relationships with online retailers, representatives/distributors/dealers.
Supports mass and online retailers in developing category management plans that ensure market share leadership.
Maintains and updates market intelligence databases on pricing, market shares, volumes, and competitors
Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget. May manage other marketing managers.

Knowledge of mass and online retailers: ability to execute and analyze market data, pricing surveys and store audits to develop category plans for mass and online retailers
Understands Marketing and Communication disciplines
Knowledge of online/digital business development
Ability to analyze sales trends to identify alternatives that will maximize sales opportunities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Solid computer skills including understanding of sales software systems, word processing and spreadsheets
Able to work independently and possesses solid organizational skills
Resourceful and team focused with strong problem solving skills, strong initiative for efficiency and quality and a proven self-starter able to work independently
Fluent in English, Farsi and Armenian.
