Best Fleet is expanding rapidly and is looking for an English Speaking Sales Call Agent for our office located in Yerevan, Armenia, to join our team.
We are building the best Managed logistics and IT experience for the wide range of companies in route planning and logistic management.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for qualifying potential customers and performing general sales development functions in the North American market.

Responsibilities:


- Reach out to potential customers through calling during North American CET working hours (17:00
- 01:00 Armenian time)
- Gerenate leads for the Sales Director. We are expecting the Agent to make 30-50 cold calls a day
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Manage and maintain the client database
- Have a relentless persistence in a unique marketplace

Required Qualifications:


- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and “hunter” mentality
- Previous work experience as a call sales agent is an advantage
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
