“Fora LLC” is looking for a “Sales Coordinator”.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Monitor hospitality field in Armenia, prepare and present proposals of our services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with our clients and close agreements to maximize profits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education in hospitality or a relevant field
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills: ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, and at least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Front desk Manager, Reservation Manager or relevant role
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian languages
