- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming industry
- Develop and execute strategic plans with the team to achieve sales targets and expand AffPapa's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, operators, and other strategic partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings for clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating AffPapa's value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients via video calls, email correspondence, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Track and report on sales performance using a dedicated CRM system, providing regular updates to management

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral, is essential for effective communication
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, performance-based advertising, and online gaming trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
