“Agrotech LLC” is looking for a “Sales Manager / Market Developer”.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue.
  • Analyzing, differentiating, and converting clients from prospects.
  • Communicating current and prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales.
  • Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the clients.
  • Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM.
  • Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market.
  • Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.
  • Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship.

Required Qualifications:

  • Biological education will be a plus,
  • Experience in sales both B2B and B2C,
  • Proven ability to learn in an agricultural sphere,
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics,
  • A commitment to excellent customer service,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong negotiating skills,
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients,
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal),
  • Ability to drive a car. Work may include vanselling.
