- Engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue.
- Analyzing, differentiating, and converting clients from prospects.
- Communicating current and prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales.
- Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the clients.
- Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM.
- Conducting market research and keeping up to date with the knowledge of the market.
- Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.
- Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship.
- Biological education will be a plus,
- Experience in sales both B2B and B2C,
- Proven ability to learn in an agricultural sphere,
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics,
- A commitment to excellent customer service,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong negotiating skills,
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients,
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages (written and verbal),
- Ability to drive a car. Work may include vanselling.
